Try to reconnect on TellStick Not Found and poll at regular intervals if controller list is empty

Try to reconnect TellStick (Duo) if "TellStick not found"-error and try again when sending. Also poll every five(?) minutes, if controller list is empty, and try to reconnect, so that event receiving misses max 5 minutes of values. Also log if this occurs.

Or send noop to TellStick Duo, to make sure that it's reachable all the time, so that it receives events. Polling not necessary then.

Possibly option to log when this occurs too, to see how effective it is.
