tdtool hangs when no contact with TellStick

Description

If the TellStick device-node points to something other then the TellStick, the response from the device is not what telldus-core expects.
Instead of timeout telldus-core hangs.

(In [321]) If no response from TellStick is received within 5 seconds, considered it timed out and return TELLSTICK_ERROR_NOT_FOUND. See #54
